1. According to the space structure of villas, yuelou, Daping and other high-end residential buildings and the needs of customers, we take art design as the carrier, and customize the whole interior design scheme or soft decoration design scheme for customers; 2. Lead the design assistant team to deepen the design plan; 3. Carry out node monitoring for project construction and soft installation site management.
1. At least two years working experience in soft decoration or full design, with high aesthetic, visual matching ability and color control ability; 3. Proficient in plane, 3D and commercial design software, such as Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3d-max, etc 4. Have good artistic accomplishment, strong learning ability, love design work, strong sense of responsibility, work actively, work attentively, have strong team spirit.
1. Responsible for the whole case of small and medium-sized projects; 2. In addition to the design of concept, material and important space (need to communicate with the design director), responsible for the whole project; 3. Responsible for the project designer, Assistant Designer scheme approval; 4. Review and approve all drawing standards of the project in the scheme stage; 5. Organize and coordinate the program phase of the project.
1. More than 8 years full-time working experience in interior design, with the ability to independently host medium-sized projects; 2. Outstanding design ability in hotel and office; 3. Familiar with the whole process from design to construction, able to independently lead the design team to carry out efficient work; 4. Have strong control over the project; 5. Good professional quality, team spirit, communication and coordination ability, strong sense of responsibility; 6. High end office and hotel apartment preferred
